国有企业技能人才状况与对策研究

摘    要:运用理论分析和实例相结合的方法,对企业技能人才培养的相关问题进行探讨,在对技能人才的发展状况进行分析的基础上,通过实例研究探讨国有企业技能人才的培养现状,并深入探讨云南冶金集团技能型人才培养存在的问题及其成因,通过实例比较探讨国有企业技能人才的培养模式,对国有企业的技能人才培养提出一些有益的建议和参考。
