基于电容传感器旋转轴转速测量系统设计与实现

摘    要:旋转轴转速测量常被用在汽车动力系统和引擎控制系统中.介绍了利用一种新型电容传感器来测量旋转轴转速的测试系统.该系统结构简单,精度高,特别适合于狭小空间的轴转速测量.通过对电容传感器的研究,在被测轴上实现了转速的测量,系统最大引用误差为0.18%,测量精度为0.2%.

Abstract:Axis of rotation speed measurement is commonly used in automotive power systems and engine control systems.A new type of capacitive sensors used to measure the speed of rotation axis test system is introduced.The system has simple structure,high precision,particular suitable for small spaces shaft speed measurement.Through the study of capacitive sensors,a speed measurement is achieved,the system maximum error of the reference is 0.18 %,measurement precision is 0.2 %.
