黄酮类化合物的研究进展

摘    要:针对黄酮类化合物在食品及药品研制开发中的广阔前景,介绍了黄酮类化合物安全性毒理学评价试验,综述了它所具有的抗氧化、调节免疫、抗衰老和抗疲劳、降血脂、抑菌及诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等保健功能,提出了关于黄酮类化合物在软饮料、啤酒、保健胶囊、抗氧化剂和护肤品等几个方面开发应用的设想,展望了生物类黄酮抗癌的作用。

Abstract:Flavonoids have a promising prospect in food and medicine development.Their toxicological assessment tests on safety are introduced.Based on the health-care function of flavonoids,such as antioxidant function,immune regulation,anti-ageing,anti-fatigue,blood fat reduction,bacterial inhibition and apoptosis-induction of malignant tumor cells etc.,it puts forward the possible application of flavonoids in soft drink,beer,health-care capsule,anti-oxidants and skin-care products etc.,and its anti-cancer function is also suggested as well.
