摘    要:济钢炼铁厂余热发电项目自2007年开始运行后,由于种种原因发电生产很不稳定,发电量不达标,通过提高带冷机密封性能和优化操作工艺等措施,有效地提高了余热发电量。

Abstract:The waste heat power generation project came into operation in the ironmaking plant in 2007. However, for various reasons, the power generation has not been unstable and has not reached the designed capacity since then. Some improving measures are taken to effectively increase the waste hear power capacity, such as the sealing performance improvement of belt cooler and optimal operation, etc.
