| 摘 要： | 通过炼钢转炉汽化冷却系统的改造，将强制循环和自然循环相结合的冷却方式改为自然循环冷却方式，改造后彻底解决了中压泵漏水问题，改变了汽化冷却系统的运行状况，设备故障率明显降低，达到了同行业设备先进水平，并有效地节约了电能。

| Abstract: | The evaporated cooling system is improved with the cooling type changed from the combined forced and natural circulation to the only natural circulation. After the improvement, the leakage of the medium-pressure pump has been eliminated and the equipment failure rate is greatly reduced, and in particular the evaporated cooling system is in a good operation, reaching the advanced level in the industry and achieving effective energy conservation. |
