| 摘 要： | 利用Pro／E的模型分析功能，并结合塑性理论中体积不变条件及翻边变形力学特点，进而推导出了一个关于翻边预制孔尺寸计算的更为简便、精确的新公式。通过采用生产实际中的实例和试验验证表明，该公式所得结果同实际比较接近。

| Abstract: | According to Pro/E model-analyzed function,constant-volume principle in plastic theory and mechanical property of flanging deforming,one more convenient,preciser calculation formula of pre-manufactured hole size in flanging has been deduced.The calculated result by the formula is more consistent with practice,which is tested by instances in practice and experiments. |
