摘    要:介绍了东北电网大扰动试验方案的编制流程及试验方案包含的相关内容。首先介绍了东北电网大扰动试验的研究背景,论述了东北电网大扰动试验的必要性、意义以及预期目标,然后对试验方案的具体内容进行了介绍。试验方案以东北电网潮流和稳定计算及灵敏度分析为依据,兼顾试验的安全性和有效性,对故障地点、故障方式、故障时运行方式和运行条件、测试方式、采取的安全稳定措施等进行了合理的选择。文章介绍的内容对于我国开展同类研究有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The drafting procedures of large-disturbance testing scheme for Northeast China power grid and related contents involved in the scheme are presented. Firstly, the background of the research on large-disturbance test for Northeast China power grid is described, the necessity, meaning and desired objectives are discoursed upon; then the concrete contents of the testing scheme are given. Taking the results of power flow and stability calculation and sensitivity analysis of Northeast China power grid as foundation and giving consideration to both security and effectiveness of the test, the reasonable selection of the fault mode, faulty position, operating mode and condition while man-made fault is applied, testing mode and the adopted measures for system security and stability and so on are described. The contents presented in this paper can be available for reference to similar tests of domestic power grids.
