| 摘 要： | 本文通过问卷调研和数据统计处理，对岱河煤矿员工薪酬分配现状及存在的主要问题进行分析，在此基础上，基于安徽、淮北及同行业煤炭企业的平均收入水平，确定岱河煤矿员工基本工资，提出相应的薪酬分配方案。

| Abstract: | The paper has analyzed the current situation and the problems of the distribution system of DaiHe coal mining corporation by questionnaires and data , On this basis, concluded the fundamental sala- ries of the staff and proposed the corresponding salary distribution programmes in accordance with the aver- age level of the salaries of AnHui province, HuaiBei city and its counterparties. |
