| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了ML130型复极式离子交换膜电解槽换膜检修的全过程：清理并检查单元槽，粘贴单元槽垫片，涂覆脱膜剂。安装离子膜和单元槽软管。针对检修中发现的问题，提出应对措施，保证离于膜电解槽长期高效稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The whole procedure of the change of membrane and the overhaul of ML130 type of bipolar ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers was introduced in detail,which comprised cleaning and checking unit cell,sticking gascket for unit cell,coating release agent,fixing ion-exchange membrane and soft tubes for unit cell.According to problems emerging during overhaul,the countermeasures were put forward to ensure high efficent,stable and long-term running of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers. |
