摘    要:文中介绍了对硫化铜镍矿石破碎后洗矿产生的洗矿浆采用重选预先脱泥、重选精矿再磨后浮选流程处理的试验指标,与原生产工艺相比金属回收率提高了41.66%

Abstract:In the paper,the improvement practice of metal recovery rate in ore washing pulp is introduced.After cracking,the copper-sulphide nickel ore is washed and the ore-washing pulp is processed with spiral chute gravity seperation method in order to deslime.The gravity seperation concentrate is regrinded and floated.As a result,the recovery rate of metal is 41.66% higher than the former process.
