无压给料三产品重介质旋流器流场的数值模拟

摘    要:采用Fluent软件,选取SKE/DRSM湍流模型,对1000/700无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟.通过对无压给料三产品重介质旋流器流场的三维速度、压强、密度和空气柱的数值模拟研究,对无压给料三产品重介质旋流器内的流场有了更深入和细致的了解,得到了几点有意义的结论.数值模拟研究结果表明,Kesall导出的旋流器内液流径向速度分布至少对于DWP和DSM结构的旋流器是不适合的.

Abstract:Based on SKE/DRSM turbulent flow model in Fluent,the numerical simulation of the flow fields in the gravity-fed 3-product H.M.cyclone with diameter of 1 000/700 mm was made.What's more,the three-dimensional velocity,density and pressure distribution of the flow field in the gravity-fed 3-product H.M.cyclone were studied as well,some conclusions were summarized.The results obtained from the numerical simulation indicate that radial velocities distribution by Kesall is unsuited to DWP and DSM cyclone.
