摘    要:针对某电厂一台300MW汽轮发电机组1号轴承、4号轴承和滑环轴轴承(7号轴承)不稳定振动故障,详细介绍了其振动特征,指出了造成不稳定振动的原因,采取了动平衡、调整轴瓦紧力、加固下垫铁等措施,取得了显著的效果。

Abstract:To solve unstable vibration of No.1 bearing,4 bearing and exciter shaft bearing(No.7 bearing) of one 300MW turbo-unit in one power plant,the vibration characteristics of the bearings are detailedly introduced and the causes of unstable vibration are found out.By dynamic balance,screwed force of the bearing,reinforced subjacent pad block and so on,prominent purpose has been achieved.
