不同叶片间距惯性汽水分离器阻力特性研究

摘    要:对不同叶片间距的惯性汽水分离器(也称惯性级)进行了阻力特性的数值计算,得出了叶片间距为9mm、11mm和13mm时惯性级的阻力特性计算曲线。并将其中D=11mm的情况与实验值对比,吻合情况良好。为新型汽水分离器研制时的阻力特性预估提供了数据基础。

Abstract:The resistance characteristic numerical simulation of the inertial moisture separator of different impeller passages is carried out.What have been obtained are the resistance performance computation curves of the inertial stage with the impeller passages of 9mm,11mm and 13mm.And the situation of D=11mm agree well with the experimental value.This will provide database for the resistance characteristic estimation of the production of new moisture separators.
