| 摘 要： | 组装在混凝土泵车上的臂架在使用中断裂。采用低倍和断口检验方法，以及相关法和有限元分析法对断裂失效原因进行了分析。结果表明，臂架断裂属疲劳断裂，而焊接缺陷的存在是导致断裂的原因。

| Abstract: | Analysis on cracked boom by low power metallographic examination and fracture examination have been made and correlation method and finite element method have been used to analyze the reason to cause fracture. It is shown that the boom cracking belongs to fatigue cracking and the weld defect is the reason causing fracture. |
