摘    要:深圳百仕达大厦避难层,层高5.3 m,设置8榀伸臂桁架,形成加强层,合理设计施工流程,严格钢结构吊装及安装、高大模板工程、伸臂桁架梁混凝土浇筑、避难层钢筋工程施工等施工工艺和技术要求,保证了工程质量,取得了社会效益和经济效益.

Abstract:The refuge storey in Shenzhen Baishida Building is 5.3m high, using 8-piece cantilever truss to form the reinforcing layer. Construction flow is designed reasonably, construction technology and technical requirements for hoisting and installation of steel structure, large formwork engineering, cantilever girder truss and axial concrete casting, steel bar reinforcing engineering construction of the refuge storey, etc., are controlled strictly to ensure the engineering quality. Favorable social and economic benefits are realized.
