| 摘 要： | 通过对施工技术规范和放样图内容、作用以及二者相互关系的研究，发现二者能在设计方与施工方之间搭建一个有效沟通平台，对于改进“设计-招标-建造”模式下的设计施工协作具有非常重要的意义。在此基础上，进一步分析了我国现阶段施工技术规范和放样图方面存在的问题，并提出相应对策建议。

| Abstract: | Through study on the contents and functions of construction specifications and shop drawings, as well as their mutual relation, it is found that they can create an effective communication platform between the design unit and construction unit and that they have very important significance for improving the cooperation design-construction coordination under DBB mode. On this basis, existing problems in domestic technical construction specifications and shop drawings are further analyzed and relevant measures and proposals are provided. |
