人才租赁在水电工程施工企业中的应用

摘    要:目前水电工程施工企业面临严重人才流失等问题,很大程度影响了工程项目目标的实现。将人才租赁这种模式应用于水电工程施工企业中,有利于降低企业人力管理成本,提高工程项目管理专业性,增强企业内部员工的竞争力,保证成功实现工程项目目标。本文分析了目前水电工程施工企业人力资源管理存在的问题及其产生的原因,分析了人才租赁的利弊,引入Holmstrom-Milgrom模型,通过简单实例,分析并论证了人才租赁在工程项目管理中应用的重要性。

Abstract:At present, hydroelectric project construction enterprises face serious problems such as the brain drain, it strongly affect the realization of the project goals. The model talent leasing applying in hydroelectric project construction en- terprises, it is able to reduce the cost of human resources management, to enhance the speciality of project management, to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprise internal staff and to ensure the successful implementation of the project tar- get. This paper analyzes the problems and reasons of hydroelectric project human resource management , and the pros and cons of talent leasing.It introduces Holmstrom-Milgrom model. Through a simple example, this paper analyzes and proves the importance of talent leasing in project management.
