轨道车辆用铝合金近距离焊缝焊接及数值模拟

摘    要:对焊缝间距40 mm和30 mm的轨道车辆采用6082-T6铝合金板材进行近距离焊缝多层多道焊接试验。通过VT、RT等无损检测手段检验了焊接质量,进行弯曲、拉伸等试验分析了焊接接头的综合力学性能,并结合sysweld软件对焊接热源及应力场进行了数值模拟。结合模拟结果表明:焊缝中心距离为30 mm时,焊接质量、拉伸强度和弯曲性能均能达到标准要求,抗拉强度较焊缝间距60 mm的普通焊接接头下降了近10%,重叠热影响区(HAZ)的显微硬度比间距40 mm时下降约7.02%,最大焊接应力148.499 MPa发生在交汇的HAZ内,近距离焊缝接头的综合力学性能满足设计使用要求。

Abstract:Multi-layer and multi-pass welding test of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy Sheets on railway vehicles was conducted in this paper,as the center of welding seam was 40 mm and 30 mm.Welding quality was checked by non-destructive testing of VT and RT,and comprehensive mechanical properties of welding joints were analyzed by transverse tensile test and bend test.Sysweld software was used to simulating welding heat and stress field.Results of test and simulation showed that,welding quality,tensile strength and bending properties were achieve the standard requirements as the center of welding seam was 30mm.Tensile strength was dropped by nearly 10% which contrast with the ordinary welding seam.The micro-hardness of the overlapping heat-affected zone was dropped by nearly 7.02% as contrast with the center of welding seam 40 mm.The max welding stress 148.499 MPa was in overlapped heat-affected zone,and comprehensive mechanical properties were fulfilled the design requirements.
