摘    要:随着PCB向高密度和高精度方向的快速发展,高密度设计的生产板将越来越多、越来越普及,这也给生产工艺提出了更高的技术要求,同时孔多、密集也给钻孔带来了很大的挑战。现时,很多企业为了提倡降低生产成本,往往盲目的批量采购一些低价的钻头配套生产,在生产过程中,不仅没有达到节约成本的效益,反而带来了更多的报废板,适得其反不断加重生产成本;所以,选购质量稳定的、满足公司品质需求的钻头生产,可以解决不必要的报废。

Abstract:With PCB technology is developing towards high density and high precision in fast step,the production of high density board design will be more and more popular.It also raises the production process with higher technical requirements.At the same time,dense hole drilling brings bigger challenges.Now,a lot of enterprises advocate to reduce the production cost,often purchased some cheap BBB drill tip.During manufacturing process,it not only to can not save cost but brings more scrapping board and increased the cost.So,to choose and buy stable quality product witch meets the demand of the drill tip production quality,can solve the unnecessary loss.
