1000WM超超临界汽轮发电机机座装焊工艺研究

摘    要:分析了1 000 MW超超临界汽轮发电机定子机座的结构,该汽发定子机座尺寸大、制造难度高。为了满足制造技术要求,提出以汽端和励端分别为基准,机座分两段进行装配焊接,然后再将两段总装的焊接装配方案。有效地控制了装配尺寸,防止焊接变形,确保机座装配质量满足设计要求。

Abstract:According to stator frame structure analysis of 1000MW Ultra-supercritical turbine generator,this stator frame with big size would be fabricated very difficult meeting the design standards.This article puts forward a welding assembly proposal:taking turbine end and exciter side as the bases to weld the frame in two separate sections,then to combine the two sections together.The article also discusses measures of controlling assembly size to prevent welding deformation in order to ensure the final welding assembly quality of turbine frame so as to meet the design standards.
