国内外高压电解电容器用铝箔的性能比较

摘    要:利用XRD、SIMS、SEM、电化学腐蚀等方法,对高压铝电解电容器用铝箔(原箔)进行了比较分析。结果表明,国产铝箔在微量元素设计和杂质控制,立方织构占有率(95%以上)方面已达到国外同类产品的先进技术水平,但在加工质量、表面状态和微量元素的分布控制方面与国外同类产品存在差距,同时提出了国产高压铝电解电容器用铝箔的技术改进方向。

Abstract:The different properties of aluminum foil for high voltage electrolytic capacitor were discussed and analyzesd by means of XRD,SIMS,SEM and electrochemical corrosion process.The results show that domestic foil has reached the foreign advanced level in trace elements design,impurity control and volume fraction of cube texture(>95%),but it lags behind in processing quality,surface state and trace elements distribution control of aluminum foil.It points out the future improvement of technology with aluminum foil for the domestic high voltage electrolytic capacitor.
