改善铝硅合金中铁相形态的措施

摘    要:综述了近些年来国内外开展的通过熔体过热处理法、提高冷却速度、有效的变质、添加中和剂和热处理等途径改善铝硅合金中铁相形态研究工作。指出:熔体过热处理对熔炼炉要求较高,冷却速度在选定铸造方法后已基本确定,添加中和剂会增加其他杂质元素和富铁相总量,变质和热处理并不能完全改变铁相形态,除去合金中的Fe这类方法虽好,但成本很高。认为比较可行的方法是开发更加有效的中和剂及并用几种改善铁相形态的措施。

Abstract:The recent work of improving the morphology of iron phase by melt superheating,increasing cooling rate,adding trace elements and so on is reviewed and discussed.It is considered that melt superheating needs high quality of furnace,change of cooling rate is limited to a selected casting method,addition of trace elements will increase the amount of the iron containing compounds,modification and heat treatment can only change the morphology of iron phase partially.The idea way of counteracting the deleterious effects of iron is to remove it from the alloys,but those reported ways are neither economical nor efficient.It is suggested that the applicable way is to develop new neutralizers or to utilize some methods improving iron phase together.
