摘    要:为了解决铸造砂型因人工上涂料效率低下的问题,在不同的上涂料方法中选择了适合机械操作的浸涂工艺,采用了基于浸涂的人工动态模拟,获得了完成相关动作需要的运动轨迹及其规律,进行了针对机械手功能和逻辑动作的设计,并对它的夹持功能作了优化改进,提出了多件砂型同步夹持的结构形式,实现了一次完成8件砂型浸涂的高效率操作。经投产使用,其结果证实了所作研究和设计的合理性。

Abstract:Aiming at the low productivity of manual painting, an advanced painting technology which might be suitable to the mechanical operation was adopted. A relevant action trajectories and law based on the artificial dynamic simulation of painting were gained . Meanwhile, logic action and manipulator function were designed, the gripper of which was promoted. Furthermore, sev- eral sand models' synchronization gripper structure was analyzed, which achieved dipping and painting 8 sand models at the same time. This design had been applied in the manufacturing process. The results show that this design is resonable.
