| 摘 要： | 未来城市理论和未来城市发展方向一直是城市规划关注的重要领域，本文以各种城市理论解决现有城市问题和实现未来可持续发展为评判标准，可当前流行的未来城市理论进行了比较分析，认为生态城市是既能解决现实问题，又能实现可持续发展长远目标的理想城市形态。

| Abstract: | The direction of future city development is always highlighted by urban planning community. The paper makes comparison between popular future city theories, based on evaluating each theory's solutions to present city problems and if the theory ensures the objectives of sustainable development. The final conclusion drawn from the comparison is that the eco-city is the ideal city in the future because eco-city not only provides the solutions to present problems, but also helps to reach the objectives of sustainable development. |
