龙羊峡和刘家峡水库联合调度问题探讨

摘    要:龙羊峡水库投运以来,遭遇到了罕见的连续枯水年,电网在获得“水火互浊”便得的同时,更经受了水电站“靠天吃饭”所造成的困难,通过分析天然径流及水库特性,对近年来的水库调度作了初步总结和分析,论述了水库调度方法必须要适应水库性能,对龙羊峡,刘家峡两水库进行联合调度必须以水库调度图为基本依据,电网及其他部位的用水要服从水库设计规定,以保持水库的正常运行状态。

Abstract:There have been very rare of continuous dry years in the upper Yellow River since Longyangxia reservoir put into operation. The electricity network has experienced convenience as well as difficult from drought. The reservoir operation and dispatch in current years have been analyZed and summarized in the paper through analysis of natural runoff and reservoir properties, pointed out that the way for dispatching reservoir should fit the reservoir properties, the cooperative dispatch of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs should be based on dispatch map, and water application of electricity netWork and other departments must follow the reservoir regulation in design in order to maintain the reservoir's normal operation.
