孔结构参数可控的多孔CuAlMn形状记忆合金的制备

摘    要:利用烧结蒸发法制备出了孔隙定向排列且分布均匀、三维相互连通的Cu-11.9Al-2.5Mn形状记忆合金多孔材料。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察和力学性能测试等手段对该多孔材料的性能结构进行了研究。结果表明,采用烧结蒸发法能制备孔隙率及孔结构参数可控的多孑LCuAIMn形状记忆合金。

Abstract:The porous Cu-ll.9A1-2.5Mn (wt %) shape memory alloys were prepared by Sintering Evaporation Process (SEP) method. The pores in the sample distributed homogonously, interconnected in three--dimension and arranged with orientation. The rnicrostructure and mechanical property of the sample have been studied by means of mechanical property measurement, optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope observation. The results show that the porous CuA1Mn SMAs with porosity and pores" structural parameter controlled can be prepared by Sintering Evaporation Process.
