| 摘 要： | 概述了2套150kt／a稀硝酸装置建设、工艺技术特点及实际运行情况。针对一期稀硝酸装置开车运行中存在的问题,在二期稀硝酸装置设计、施工过程中进行了改进,确保装置能长周期安全运行。在新建装置的设计、设备选型及运行中。提出了需注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The construction, technological features and actual operation are described of two sets of 150 kt/a dilute nitric acid plants. Difficulties arise in the startup and operation of the plants in the first phase and are overcome by improvements made in the design and construction of the plants in the second phase, thereby ensuring their long-period operation in safety. Points for attention are put forward in the design, equipment selection and operation of new plants. |
