| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化炉装置闪蒸系统，对生产中出现的蒸发热水塔带水、蒸发热水塔管端盲板冲刷磨漏、真空闪蒸罐减压阀后三通磨漏、黑水闪蒸管道出现结垢等常见问题进行了分析。通过控制水质、采用防磨材料和优化工艺操作等措施，保证了闪蒸系统长周期稳定运行。

| Abstract: | A brief account is given of the flash system of the multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry Pressurized gasifier, and an analysis is made of the common problems occurring in production, viz. , water entrainment in evaporation hot-water column, erosion and wearing of blind plate at tube end of the column, wearing of the three-way pipe after the pressure reducing valve of the vacuum flash drum, and fouling of black water flash pipe. By taking measures of controlling water quality, adopting wear preventive materials and optimizing process operation, the flash system is assured to run smoothly for a long period. |
