我国硝酸工业生产现状分析及发展建议

根据现有硝酸生产和硝酸“四合一”机组定货情况，结合硝酸下游产品，如浓硝酸、工业硝酸铵、硝基复合肥及己二酸等有机化工产品用酸量来分析，到2015年，我国硝酸生产能力可达20840kt／a。提出硝酸工业发展建议：应建设1000kt／a级及以上的大型硝酸装置；采用节能降耗工艺，淘汰落后产能；采取有效措施提高科技对硝酸工业发展的贡献率；制定硝酸单位产品能源消耗限额和硝酸行业准入条件等措施，以促进我国硝酸行业健康有序地发展。

Analysis of Present Status of Nitric Acid Industry in China and Suggestions for its Growth

On the basis of existing nitric acid production and ordering of nitric acid ＂four in one＂ units, and also an analysis of downstream products consuming nitric acid, such as concentrated nitric acid, industrial ammonium nitrate, nitro compound fertilizers, adipic acid and other organic chemical products, the capacity of nitric acid in China will probably reach 20 840 kt/a by 2015. Suggestions for its growth are proposed： large-scale nitric acid units of over 1 000 kt/a are to be built; energy-saving and consumption lowering technology is to be adopted, backward units are to be eliminated; efficient measures are to be taken to promote contribution of high-tech to its development; and laying down of consumption quota of energy for unit product and conditions for permission of the plant to join the industry, to promote the healthy and orderly growth of the industry in China.
