摘    要:在原有氨化造粒硫基复合肥生产装置的基础上,将转鼓蒸汽造粒工艺、氨化造粒工艺和氨酸法造粒工艺进行有机结合,可生产三类品种、六大产品。改造后的工艺不仅实现了多类产品的一体化生产,而且达到了装置效益的最大化及品种的多元化生产。

Abstract:On the basis of the original production unit for sulfur-based compound fertilizer ammoniation granulation, the rotary drum steam granulation process, ammoniation granulation process and ammonia-acid granulation process are combined organically, and 3 varieties and 6 major products can be produced. With process renovation, integral production of multiple varieties is realized, and also the benefit of the unit is maximized and muhivariant products are turned out.
