摘    要:金陵石化公司炼油厂针对异构化装置生产均三甲苯经济效益不明显的情况 ,改变了原料路线 ,在原以高纯度偏三甲苯为原料的基础上掺炼 4 5 %~ 5 5 %的脱重组分塔塔顶混合三甲苯 ;优化了均三甲苯分离流程 ,将原来的三塔流程改为两塔流程 ;进行了异构化反应系统与分离系统相匹配的扩容改造 ,收到了良好的效果 ,均三甲苯生产能力由 4 5 0t/a提高到 12 0 0t/a ,收率由 11%提高到 2 2 .0 %~ 2 4 .0 % ,纯度由 97.9%提高到 98.9%。

Abstract:Technical measures were taken for the isomerization unit in the Refinery of Jinling Petrochemical Corporation to improve the economic effect. The feedstock was changed from high purity meta-trimethylbenzene to meta-trimethylbenzene blended with 45%-55% mixed trimethylbenzene obtained from the top of the heavy component removal column; the original 3-column separation scheme was replaced by 2 columns; and modified the isomerization reaction system in compatible with the separation system for capacity enlargement. The results showed that the production capacity of mesitylene was raised from 450t/a to 1200t/a; its yield increased from 22.0% to 24.0%; and its purity increased from 97.9% to 98.9%.
