橡胶缓冲垫非线性数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对国内企业气动钉枪缓冲垫寿命偏低的情况,文章根据气动钉枪的工作状态,采用非线性材料模型对橡胶缓冲垫进行数值模拟。研究表明,现有缓冲垫结构形式导致了该零件的疲劳损坏。依据数值模拟结果及打钉疲劳试验进行的结构改进,获得了实际应用价值,为今后的橡胶件结构设计提供了理论指导。

Abstract:Rubber buffer is one of the easily damaged parts of air nailer,which seriously impede the increment of service life of air nailer.Based on the working status of air nailer,the paper adopted nonlinear material models for the rubber buffer research,it shows that,fatigue failure of rubber buffer during nailing process were directly caused by original buffer structure form,improvement on structure based on numerical simulation results and nailing fatigue tests are effective,with practical use value thus provides theoretical reference for buffer structure design.
