空间凸轮活齿传动的接触有限元分析

摘    要:研究固体表面接触区的应力及变形问题是弹性理论中最复杂的问题之一,困难就在于在接触时,应力、变形等边界条件都是未知的.本文建立空间凸轮活齿传动的接触有限元分析模型,运用有限元分析软件I-DEAS研究了空间凸轮活齿传动在外载条件下的接触响应特性,并对结果进行了分析,得到了该传动受力变形的一般规律,从而为其强度设计计算提供理论依据.

Abstract:It is one of the most complex problems that the stress and deformation in solid-surface contact area are studied in the theory of elastic-mechanics; The difficult lies: The conditions of boundary such as the stress and deformation are unknown; the contact finite element analysis model of the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission are established in this article; Using the I-DEAS software, The contact-response characteristics of The spatial cam sliding tooth transmission are studied in exterior loads, The result has been analyzed, And the general law on force and deformation characteristics of this transmission is obtained. Which will offer theory gist for the intensity designed in this transmission.
