| 摘 要： | 为提高苯丙复合乳液的耐水性和耐侯性，以苯乙烯、丙烯酸为核单体，丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为壳单体，采用半连续核壳乳液聚合工艺制备苯丙复合乳液；研究了乳化剂用量、单体配比、有机硅用量等因素对乳液及涤膜性能的影响．制备了性能优良的苯丙乳液，可用于竹制品和木制品．

| Abstract: | In order to improve water-resistant property and weather-resistant property of styrene-acylic composite emulsion,taking styrene and acrylic acid as core monomers,butyl acrylate,acrylic acid and ethylsiloxane as shell monomers,ethylsiloxane modified styrene-acylic emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous core-shell emulsion polymerization.The effects of factors such as emulsifying agent content,monomer components and siloxane content on the emulsion and film properties were studied.Styrene-acylic emulsion with exellent properties were prepared,which can be used for products made of woods and bamboo. |
