| 摘 要： | 岳阳石化总厂的ARGG装置气压机采用浮环梳齿组合密封形式,使用中发现密封油破损和污染严重,威胁装置的安全生产,为此采用更换密封气、脱气槽外侧加伴热保温等措施在线控制气压机密封系统漏油问题,制止了密封油箱中密封油品质恶化,使闪点控制在要求的范围内,保证了装置的安全运转,避免了非正常停工。

| Abstract: | Seal dama ge and sealing oil contamination are serious in the gas compressor of ARGG unit in Yueyang Petro-chemical Plant and the safety of the production facilities is endangere d.Several measures such as replacing sealing gas were implemented to control le ak of sealing system of the gas compressor.Quality deterioration of sealing oil in the oil tank was effectively prevented,and the flash point was kept withi n the required limits,thus safe operation of the unit was ensured,and abnormal shut down was successfully avoided. |
