| 摘 要： | 较为全面的介绍了日本农村规划的法律制度,概述了日本的规划行政以及规划法的结构,阐述了农村规划相关法律的背景、目的、内容以及相互之间的关系。并着重针对《农业振兴地区整治建设法》和《村落地区整治建设法》等进行了深入分析,解释了日本农村综合整治建设规划的法律依据。同时提出了对我国农村规划与建设的启示。
