传承城市文脉营造都市氛围--天津万科水晶城规划设计评析

天津万科水晶城规划将原基地的环境要素与城市文脉进行沟通,对环境要素中的构件进行移植、重组、再叠加,营造兼具景观、生态及文化意义的"新街区主义"空间.水晶城的结构采取"街坊-组团-社区"三级制,将住宅的南面(入口面)设计为退台式,使宅间形成丰富的空间界面和密切的体量关系,并增加视觉的丰富性和环境上的文化关联性.水晶城整体性的街区结构、中等尺度界面空间感的塑造和微观尺度空间的处理使社区整体上的历史感和时代感得到进步提升.

In planning of Wanke Crystal Town inTianjin,the environmental elements of the existingbase are integrated with the urban culture.The com-ponents of the elements of the environment aretranslplanted,refomred and reintegrated to create aspace of "new street blockism" with landscape,ecological and cultural significance.The structureof the crystal town is made into one of three levelsof street-cluster--community.The south of the build-ing (the entrance) is designed into a style,forming arich spatial interface between buildings and a rela-tionship of quantity,increasing the visual richnessand the cultural connection in environment.The in-tegrated block structure,creation of the spatialsense of medium size and the particularity of spacewith microcosmic size have further upgraded theoverall sense of history and times of the community.
