锥形液体静压轴承优化设计中的误差分析

摘    要:指出在“假定封油面上的平均压力为油腔压力的一半”的基础上分析计算轴承承载能力时存在的问题。提出更精确的计算方法和计算程序。对用近似算法和精确算法所得的两种结果加以比较,分析了各参数的误差大小及其影响因素。认为应采用精确方法优化设计,如用近似方法,需对所得结果加以修正。

Abstract:Points out the problems in calculating capacity of the bearing by approximate method which presumed "the average pressure acting on circumferential sealing area is half as large as that acting in the chamber". Proposes a more precise method and calculating procedure. Results obtained by the both methods are compared. Quantity of the errors and influence of the relative factors on them are estimated and analyzed. In order to optimize design of the bearing, suggests that the new method should be adopted preferably. When the approximate method is used,some of the results should be modified.
