SSS离合器故障仿真研究

摘    要:SSS离合器是许多动力装置的关键设备,如果SSS离合器发生故障将导致发动机功率不能输出,进而导致整个动力装置失效。本文通过对SSS离合器主要部件的受力分析得到了中间件的运动方程,并应用MATLAB/simulinl(软件对中间件运动进行了无故障和最有可能发生的故障情况下的中间件位移曲线的仿真,并归纳出了各种故障下的中间件位移曲线特征。通过中间件的无故障位移曲线与有故障影位移曲线比较分析,可以掌握故障产生的原因。

Abstract:The failure of a synchro-self-shifting clutch (SSS clutch), a key component in many power units, can lead to the loss of engine power, thereby the failure of the power plant as a whole. Through an analysis of the force-bearing condition of the main elements of a SSS clutch a kinematic equation of an intermediate element was obtained. By using software MATLAB/simulink a simulation of the displacement curves of the intermediate element was performed with respect to its movement under the condition of an absence of failure and the highest possibility of a failure occurring. Furthermore, the characteristics of displacement curves of the intermediate element under various kinds of failure were deduced and summarized. Through a comparative analysis of the intermediate element displacement curves characterized by a failure and those characterized by an absence of failure one can identify and reveal the causes leading to a potential failure.
