摘    要:为满足现代化轧机生产的要求,鞍钢机械制造公司为西安钢厂设计了一条20万t/a的全连续棒材生产线,介绍了φ400高强度轧机本体(包括机架、轧辊调整装置、辊系装置和换辊装置)所采用的新结构及该轧机结构设计的各种特点.

Abstract:To meet the production requirements of the modern rolling mill, A fully continuous bar rolling line with annual capacity of 200,000 tons has been designed for Xian Steel Co. by Angang Machinery Making Co.. The new structure adopted in the Dia. 400 high rigidity rolling mill (including frame, roll adjusting device, roll system device and roll change over device) and the design features of which are introduced.
