摘    要:为了使科研成果产生应有的社会和经济效益,必须在科研成果产业化过程中解决诸如市场开拓、质量管理、销售服务等一系列问题,但产业化过程中首先要解决的问题则是产品成本与产品功能的匹配问题,而其中的设计成本又成为解决这个问题的关键因素。应用价值工程原理阐述了在喷浆机器人本体设计当中如何解决产品成本与产品功能的关系问题。

Abstract:To make the scientific research achievements produce due social and economic benefits, a series of problems should be solved in their industrialization process such as market exploitation, quality control and after-sale service. The problem that should be solved first is the matching between the product cost and product functions, for which the design cost is the key factor. The value engineering principle is used to elaborate how to well establish the relationship between the cost and function of product in the design of shotcrete robot body.
