数控机床运行状态数据采集及数据处理技术研究

摘    要:本文介绍了数控机床运行状态数据采集的原理,设计了数控机床运行状态数据采集卡,以圆弧插补为例,通过对数控机床X轴和Y轴位移点的数据采集,计算出X轴和Y轴的瞬时速度和加速度,利用最小二乘法对瞬时速度和加速度进行数据处理滤波,去除外部干扰,绘制出正确的瞬时速度和加速度图,并依此对数控机床的运行状态做出一个公正、综合、正确的评价。

Abstract:This paper introduces the data acquisition principle of NC tool operation state and designs the data acquisition card of NC tool operation state.Taking arc interpolation as an example,the data of NC tool x-axis and y-axis displacement point are collected,on the basis of which instantaneous velocity and acceleration of x-axis and y-axis are calculated.By the method of least squares,instantaneous velocity and acceleration are filtered and the external disturbances are removed in order to draw correct instantaneous velocity and acceleration figure.According to the research above,this paper aims to make a fair,comprehensive and correct evaluation on the operation state of NC tool.
