客车后独立悬架后纵臂结构改进设计

摘    要:针对原后纵臂产品存在的异型管材料品质不稳定、加工工艺复杂且焊缝品质不易保证的问题,以及在使用过程中发现的刚度不足、断裂和轮胎偏磨等现象,进行了后纵臂结构的改进优化设计,新后纵臂的零件采用冲压的方式制造并焊合形成总成,后纵臂总成的强度、刚度指标上均有明显提高,在使用过程中,证明了改进设计的可行性.

Abstract:Redesigning and optimizing the suspension of rear trailing arm type to improve its strength and stiffness and solve the problem of the instability of profiled steel tube,complex process of production,instability of welding,fracture and tyre leaning-grind during operation,which cause by weak strength and stiffness,etc.Parts of new structure are produced through punch,which form assembly by welding.The strength and stiffness of the new structure have a obvious improve,which are proved by operating.
