基于PLC的变频调速恒压供水系统的分析

摘    要:介绍了一种替代常规水塔供水的基于PLC的变频调速恒压供水系统的构成、工作原理和具体实现方案.该系统采用VVVF变频器调节电机转速方式自动调节供水泵电机的转速和投入、切除运行水泵.将原来“先启后停”方式变为“先启先停”方式,全自动完成水泵的启动运行及切换,保证供水水压稳定,PLC控制的电机轮换程序,使各台水泵进行轮转,延长了水泵的使用寿命.

Abstract:Introduce the structure,working principle and implementation of a variable frequency speed regulation constant pressure water supply system based on PLC which replace a usually water tower.This system uses the frequency control mode to adjust the pump motor’s speed automatically and to add or to reduce pump.Change the stop mode "first startup last stop" incipient to "first startup first stop" now,to accomplish the soft start and the switching with no impact of pumps,so that the water pressure has a smooth transition.System can be running while the transducer at fault,to ensure an uninterrupted supply of water.Make the pumps in rest by turn to extend the life of the machine.
