摘    要:以起重机主梁总质量最小为目标函数,以主梁桁架构件的截面尺寸和桁架高度为设计变量,以强度、刚度为约束,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对桁架门式起重机主梁桁架结构进行了优化设计,得到起重机结构主梁构件的主要参数.

Abstract:The main beam structure of truss gantry crane is Carried on the optimized design application finite element analysis software in this paper.The bridge beam structure weight is the objective function in this paper.The section dimensions and height of main beam structure as design variables.The strength and the stiffness as the constraint.Through the optimized analysis,the optimization design parameters of the main beam component of the crane structure is obtained and the design results improved effectively.
