| 摘 要： | 全液压坑道钻机研发设计过程中,通用件建模工作量大、耗费时间。在基于Team center系统的UG平台上,对建立坑道钻机通用件库的方法与步骤进行了研究,并通过Team center系统的信息共享和集成,提高钻机零件设计的唯一性、准确性和一致性,为提高钻机设计效率、缩短设计周期,提升钻机研发设计品质提供了途径。

| Abstract: | General parts modeling takes much time in design process of the hydraulic tunnel drilling rig.Methods and steps for drill’s general parts library building is researched on UG platform based on Teamcenter.The uniqueness,accuracy and consistency in part design are improved by information sharing and integrating in Teamcenter.It provides an important way to improve design efficiency and quality. |
