摘    要:为了确保汽车的设计能面向制造,改善汽车的装配性。在汽车开发过程中,结合制造工艺水平,利用虚拟装配,分析、预测产品模型,对产品进行数据描述和可视化,做出与装配有关的工程决策,而不需要实物产品模型作支持。从而能低成本,高效率的对汽车产品装配性进行优化。

Abstract:In order to ensure the vehicle is designed to manufacture and improve the assembly condition,virtual assembly assessment is applied in the field of vehicle development.Through analyzing the product model according to the manufacture ability,the product can be described in data and visualized.By this means,it doesn’t need to wait for actual product model to make the eningeering decision of assembly.The vehicle virtual assembly assessment optimize product assembly with low cost and high efficiency.
