汽车等速驱动轴与变速箱联接的紧定研究

摘    要:研究前驱汽车等速驱动轴与变速箱之间的花键轴联接和定位环卡紧,推导出驱动轴安装和拔出时使定位环收缩的压入力、拔出力的计算公式,得出压入力、拔出力的大小由定位环的设计参数和导向角、摩擦系数确定,拔出力对压入力的比率系数,是稳定的常数,是由联接零件半轴齿轮上压入导向角、拔出导向角确定的。

Circlip Slip Analysis of the Front Drive Shaft to Transmission

Abstract:By Analysis of the splined shaft connection and the circlip locking form between the drive shaft and the transmission on the car,deducing the computing formula of the fitting force to fit the drive shaft into the transmission and the pulling force to pull the drive shaft out from the transmission.we can know the conclusion that,the value of the fitting force and the pulling force would be determined by the design parameter of circlip and the guiding angle、the friction coefficient,the rate coefficient of the pulling force to the fitting force is a steady constant determined by the guiding angle for fitting and pulling at the connection gear.
