水溶性膦铑配合物催化苯乙烯的氢甲酰化反应

摘    要:合成了水溶性膦铑配合物HRh(CO)(DPM)3,并研究了其对苯乙烯水相氢甲酰化反应的催化性能,主要考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、压力、V水/V烯比、水相pH值等因素对催化活性和选择性的影响。在90℃、5.0MPa(CO/H2=1)、水相pH=5.0、V水/V烯比为2的条件下反应3h,苯乙烯的转化率达97.8%,醛收率94.1%,醛的异/正比为1.5。

Abstract:PM [Ph2P(m-C6H4SO3K )]and its water-soluble rhodium complex, HRh (CO) (DPM)3have been prepared. The catalytic activity and selectivity of HRh(CO) (DPM)3 in styrene hydroformylation are studied in biphasic catalytic system. The amount of HRh(CO) (DPM)3, reaction temperature, pressure, Vwater/Volefin ratio and PH of aqueous phase have great influence on the reaction. Under the conditions of 90℃, 5. 0MPa, Vwater/Volefin ratio, 2, and reaction time, 3h, the conversion of styrene is 97. 8%, aldehyde yield is 94. 1 %, and molar ratio of iso/normal aldehyde is 1. 5.
