再沸器失效原因分析及对策

摘    要:通过对腐蚀管束加工过程、加热介质、焊缝金属碳含量等因素进行分析,初步判断再沸器管束失效是由碱脆造成的,采取改善加工工艺、控制水质及定期清洗检查等措施后,延长了己烷塔再沸器的运行周期。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the factors involving machining process of corrosive pipe bundle,heating medium and carbon content in weld metal,the failure of pipe bundle in reboiler was preliminarily judged causing by caustic crackling.Countermeasures of improving machining process,controlling water quality,periodic cleaning and inspection were adopted;running cycle of the reboiler in hexane tower was prolonged.
